The property is set 10 km from Country Club Casino, 32 km from Symmons Plains Raceway and 2.1 km from City Park. City of Launceston Council is 2.7 km from the homestay and Launceston Law Courts is 3 km away.The price was budget but it didn’t feel it! Everything was high quality and great attention to detail with really lovely touches. Useful information and helpful signs, all breakfast provided in the room, plenty of toiletries and tea/coffee provided, dressing gowns. Better than a 5* hotel. I’m so glad we booked here and not a chain hotel! thanks
