Very quick to help through messaging and made sure to give us great tips for hiking and seeing wildlife nearby. Tucked right against the national park, the bird life and wildlife is great. Platypus in the pond, kookaburras and lace monitors hunting over the lawn, wallabees coming to the yard at night, little/azure/and forest kingfishers together in the creek or saying hello at the balcony, noisy pittas and fruit doves calling from behind the house, and double eyed fig parrots feeding in the yard! Plenty of room to stretch your legs in this house, and with the house being split into 3 sections (outside walkways connecting them) this would make a good rental for multiple groups. Mosquitos are rare or nonexistent, windows are screened, and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The large fans in the house where great (no AC, not needed).
