The property is non-smoking and is set 13 km from Alresford.Nice clean unit as described, facilities for children onsite are great. If you dont book for 3 night which is the minimum stay under Haven policy its not possible to pre book and swimming or activities before you go you have to see the activities desk and hope that spaces are available for what you wish them to do. As the weather was great it was a pity the outdoor pool wasnt open
